Since our founding in Oxford in 1999, we have remained committed to designing education around the individual child, never the other way round. Every placement begins from scratch, shaped by the family’s circumstances, values, and long-term goals. There are no pre-written templates or off-the-shelf tutors; each search is completely bespoke.
This approach means our work takes us across the globe, from private island classrooms to lessons on film sets or aboard family yachts. Wherever our clients are, we build learning around their child’s environment, interests, and ambitions.
Private tutoring at this level is focused on continuity and care. Many of the families we support lead highly mobile lives, and their children move frequently between countries and schooling systems. A full-time, carefully chosen tutor provides the consistency, structure, and understanding that allow those children to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Founder Adam Caller explains:

Our recruitment process is exacting. Hundreds of educators may apply for a single position, but only a handful are shortlisted. We meet every client in person, often travelling internationally to ensure we understand their expectations in full. Each tutor we recommend combines academic excellence with empathy, adaptability, and discretion; qualities that define our profession.
