Tutors International, provider of full-time residential tutors worldwide, is shortlisted for three categories at the prestigious EducationInvestor Awards, including Recruitment Service - Education Supplier and Exporting Excellence.
Attended by over 700 leading figures from across the educational sector, the EducationInvestor awards are recognised as a benchmark for quality within the educational sector. The awards were launched in 2010 to promote industry excellence.
As a publishing group, EducationInvestor has established itself as a leader in educational editorial, with its magazine covering the rapidly growing educational industry in Britain and the rest of the world. The group has now expanded its role, hosting conferences and other networking events throughout the year, as well as the EducationInvestor awards.
In 2014, the EducationInvestor Awards were hugely successful, an expert panel of judges recognised the contributions and hard work of organisations within education. Winners included The Open University and the publishing group Collins. Tutors international was short-listed for three categories; Private Tutoring Company, Education Business of the Year and Exporting Excellence – Education Provision.
Over the past five years, Tutors International has been shortlisted for 10 awards, and this year the world-renowned tutoring organisation is a finalist in three categories:
• Recruitment Service - Education Supplier
• Private Tutoring Company - Education Provider
• Exporting Excellence
On hearing the news of being shortlisted, the Tutors International founder, Adam Caller, commented, “The EducationInvestor awards are a well established accolade, acknowledged as valuing the contributions of innovative educational practices. “We are delighted to be shortlisted,” continued Adam Caller, “It is a testament to our dedication to improve the standards of private tuition, and to the team of inspirational and professional tutors that are part of our organisation.”
The winners will be announced on 11 November, at the Brewery in Chiswell Street, London. The award ceremony is divided into five sections; Advisory and Finance, Suppliers, Education Infrastructure, Education Providers and The Grand Prix.
“Events like this are invaluable to the education sector. Encouraging excellence, investment and innovation in the industry is vital for it the achieve high-standards going forward, it is also a well-deserved pat on the back for all the educators and supporting staff who work so hard,” Mr Caller concluded.
